Kansas City Athletics has signed a four-deal with Playfly Sports with a motive to enhance ticketing and sponsorship processes.

In a recent announcement, Kansas City Athletics has announced a four-year partnership with Playfly Sports, the sports industry’s leading revenue maximisation firm. As part of the partnership, Playfly will assist the Roos with tickets and sponsorship sales across their portfolio, including NCAA Division 1 sports offerings.
With this agreement, an on-campus staff of two will be appointed to manage ticket and sponsorship sales and fulfilment. The revenue firm will also provide a detailed pricing study on ticket pricing and sponsorship opportunities, including the men’s basketball side, as the Roos return to the iconic Municipal Auditorium for their home games.
Dr Brandon Martin, Vice Chancellor and Director of Athletics at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, remarked that the partnership withPlayfly Sports will help in enhancing ticket sales processes, sponsorships, and overall revenue-growth opportunities for the franchise. He further added that the firm will offer new ways to maximise data and enhance fan experience.
