Arsenal FC Signs Deel as Official Sleeve Partner in Major Global Sponsorship Move
Arsenal FC names Deel as official sleeve partner from the 2026-27 season in a major global sponsorship and commercial expansion deal.

Arsenal FC have officially announced global payroll and HR technology company Deel as the club’s new official sleeve partner from the 2026-27 season in a major multi-year commercial agreement. The deal significantly expands the relationship between Arsenal FC and Deel, with the company’s branding set to appear on the left sleeve of the club’s home, away, and third kits starting next season.
The official sleeve partner agreement deepens a collaboration that initially began in December 2025 when Deel joined Arsenal FC as the club’s Official HR Platform Partner. Under the expanded partnership, Arsenal will also continue integrating Deel’s workforce and payroll technology systems across internal club operations as part of broader organisational modernisation efforts.
Arsenal FC Chief Commercial Officer Juliet Slot described the sleeve sponsorship as one of the most visible branding assets in world football and stated that partnerships of this scale are directly linked to the club’s long-term ambition of competing sustainably for major trophies. Deel Co-Founder and CEO Alex Bouaziz added that the partnership reflects the company’s growing global ambitions and its close operational relationship with the North London club.
Industry reports suggest the official sleeve partner agreement could be worth nearly £18 million annually, potentially placing Arsenal FC among the Premier League’s top earners in sleeve sponsorship revenue. Deel will replace Visit Rwanda, whose partnership with Arsenal had been in place since 2018 and became one of the most recognisable sleeve sponsorships in English football.
The announcement arrives during a commercially aggressive phase for Arsenal FC as the club continues strengthening its global brand positioning through technology-driven partnerships and premium sponsorship inventory. Sleeve sponsorships have become increasingly valuable across elite football over the past decade as clubs seek additional high-visibility commercial assets beyond traditional front-of-shirt agreements.
Deel itself has rapidly emerged as one of the fastest-growing HR and payroll technology companies globally, serving more than 40,000 enterprises and over 1.5 million employees worldwide. The company was reportedly valued at $17.3 billion following its Series E funding round in 2025, reflecting the growing intersection between global technology firms and elite sports sponsorship ecosystems.
The official sleeve partner branding will also extend into Arsenal’s women’s football operations from the 2026-27 campaign, further increasing Deel’s visibility across one of the fastest-growing commercial segments in global sport.
Sportscape observes that Arsenal FC’s latest official sleeve partner agreement highlights how elite football clubs are increasingly aligning with enterprise technology companies rather than traditional consumer brands to strengthen long-term global commercial ecosystems.
