India vs England: Capsey and Knight Fire T20 World Cup Warning After Dominant Show Against India
England women's cricket team won the India vs England 3day T20Is hosted by England

The ICC Women's T20 World Cup is around the corner. Every team is gearing up for the upcoming gala tournament. Meanwhile, the England Women's Cricket team won the 3-day series they were hosting against the Indian Women's Cricket team under the former captaincy of Heather Knight.
Harmanpreet and the brigade of women in blue won the first match of the series. But, England made the comeback by winning the second one. And by winning the third and last match of the series England made sure to win.
This tournament was very crucial for both teams as it could actually depict the actual statistics of their personal as well as their team performance. And this win against Team India is a warning for the other teams as well who are going or at least planning to take part in the upcoming T20 World Cup.
On the one hand, England's batting lineup worked so well that it almost outsmarted Team India's bowling. Alice Capsey initiated the match with her batting efforts and later Heather Knight came to the front to keep the pace. And England chased a score of 181. Alice scored 82 from 43 deliveries and Heather has scored 70 out of 42 deliveries and remains unbeaten.
Although, Harmanpreet Kaur was pretty confident about her brigade so was Jemimah Rodrigues. Deepthi Sharma, Richa Ghosh, Smriti Mandhana, and Shafali Verma tried their best. The Wicketkeeper-Batter Yastika Bhatia, who joined the team almost two years later, tried to infuse some boost in the later part of the innings but it didn't work well. Resulting in the tournament a 2-1 win by England.
Sportscape hopes that Women in Blue will take this result as a hint and work on that. And in the Upcoming T20 World Cup, the Women's team will shine even brighter and bring the country another proud moment.
