Delhi Sports Infra Boost With Omaxe DDA Mega Hub Project
Delhi’s sports infrastructure is set for a major upgrade as the Delhi Development Authority partners with Omaxe Group to develop a ₹2,500 crore integrated sports hub in Dwarka’s Sector 19-B.

Working on similar goals, a private company has stepped up to contribute to the cause. The Omaxe group is preparing to create a comprehensive sports hub in Sector 19-B, New Delhi, Dwarka region. The project cost has been estimated to be around ₹2500 crore, with the complex anchoring a major stadium compatible with both cricket and football.

Infrastructural blueprint of the mega sports hub
The sports facility shall also be complemented with retail and hospitality. An indoor sports centre is also being planned to be constructed inside the hub. A unique landmark initiative is being promoted in a Thai project by naming a stand after Harmanpreet Kaur in order to boost women's inclusivity in athletics.
The facility shall be spread across 50.4 acres and is expected to generate ₹4200 crores in revenue. The project is being undertaken under a public-private partnership with the Delhi Development Authority.
