“There Are So Many Match-Winners in This Team” - Jemimah Rodrigues Makes Bold T20 World Cup Claim
Jemimah Rodrigues seemed hopeful and confident about the upcoming ICC Women's World Cup T20

Jemimah Rodrigues, the celebrated 25-year-old batter of the Indian women's cricket team is holding really high hopes regarding the upcoming ICC Women T20 World Cup. Rodrigues is very confident about her teammates as well.
Jemimah is one of the most dependable middle-order batsmen of the team. She usually comes at no. 3. Though it may vary depending upon other batters. But the confident batsman says it makes no difference to her whether she comes at number 3, 4 or 5. The only thing that is important to her is the performance. And as long as she can perform well the order is not even a matter for consideration.
This sudden change in the order has occurred because Yastika Bhatia, another batter of the brigade has joined the team after almost two years. Regarding this incident, Rodrigues stated, "Now is the time where we have few games to experiment with what's the best combination that's working for the team.". She has also said, "I think I'm comfortable at all positions. In the end, it is important for me to have clarity. And when I have clarity about a certain role, I know I can go out there and deliver.".
As the series against Team England is around the corner she's considering this as a very good opportunity for the entire team to tune themselves up to the mark.
Rodrigues also appreciated a lot about her other teammates such as Yastika Bhatia and Shree Charni. Especially, she cheerfully talked about Shree Charni praising her wonder debut performance in the series against England, last year. She said, "I think Cherry (Shree Charni) loves England. The last time she was here, she was the player of the series.
After taking all of that into consideration, Sportscape hopes to see the brigade of women in blue lift another World Cup in the near future. And wishes them all the best for their upcoming series against England.
