Prasidh Krishna is selected to replace Mohammed Siraj in the upcoming T20 matches

Indian men's cricket team has undergone a massive alteration in its upcoming T20Is against Ireland and England. The authority has decided to replace Mohammad Siraj with Prasidh Krishna. In other words, Prasidh Krishna is going to replace Siraj in the upcoming T20Is.
Board of Control for Cricket in India aka BCCI has decided to withdraw MD Siraj from the upcoming T20 tournament as part of their workload management programme. This is basically a way of offering some rest to the senior players as they've had a hectic schedule over the years. As most of these players have a busy schedule in domestic as well as international seasons therefore to keep the pace of their performance, adequate rest needed to be provided.
Both the Management team of the board and the Medical team have decided unanimously that Siraj should be taken out of the upcoming T20 matches. This actually depicts the careful attitude of the board towards the players and reflects their concern regarding their well-being.
Mohammad Siraj is one of the most discussed players of the team nowadays. He made his debut in 2017. Since then this pace bowler from Hyderabad has gradually come to the forefront and during the Covid situation in 2020-21, Siraj came to the forefront of Indian national cricket. And proved himself in every format. Thus Siraj became a crucial part of the Team.
On the other hand, Prasidh Krishna gets another opportunity to prove himself. He has been chosen to replace a senior pacer like Siraj in the white-ball tournament. Although sometimes he has faced injuries that have slowed down his emergence he made it somehow possible to catch the selectors' attention whenever he got a chance.
Therefore Sportscape observes this as a great opportunity for Krishna to come to the forefront of Indian national cricket. And hopes to see him performing remarkably in the upcoming series. And, wishes to witness Siraj on the ground very soon as well.
