PFL–Dream Sports Deal Targets 100 FIFA Standard Stadiums by 2028
Pakistan Football League has partnered with Dream Sports Group in a landmark move to transform the country’s football ecosystem.

After the embarrassment Pakistan faced at its PSL infrastructural failures with flooded stadiums and falling groundsmen, the country seriously needed to contemplate its sports infrastructural ecosystem.
In order to strengthen its football industry, Pakistan football league has gone into a landmark partnership with the Dream Sports Group. This partnership comes ahead of the country's major infrastructural ailment of inadequacy of FIFA standard venues.

The project aims to establish 100 FIFA standard football venues across the country by 2028, which shall enable the youth to pursue their football dreams complemented by quality infrastructure and international standards exposure.

“Since launching the Pakistan Football League in 2024, our mission has been to serve the dreams of millions of passionate fans and aspiring players.We want to ensure that the talented youth of Pakistan are not left behind in pursuing their dreams of representing the country.” Chairman of the Pakistan Football League, Farhan Ahmed Junejo said.
“While everyone eagerly awaits the launch of Pakistan's inaugural football league, the delay has primarily been due to lack of stadiums and grounds. This is why we have partnered with DSG to strengthen the existing infrastructure. The revival of football in Pakistan is no longer a distant aspiration — a new era is just around the corner,” he added.
Dream Sports Group on the partnership
Chairman of Dream Sports Group, Qaiser Baryar, described the partnership as a “game changer” for the sport in Pakistan. “Joining hands with the Pakistan Football League is a defining moment in our mission to revive football in Pakistan. This alliance is not just about building stadiums — it is about building dreams,” he said.
