The batting order had performers like Smriti Mandhana, Harmanpreet Kaur and Richa Ghosh, who made a successive performance and set the till date highest score against Pakistan in this format till date. And Deepti Sharma dominated the entire bowling lineup with her performance in the second innings.
Meanwhile, in this match, a new talent named Shree Charni earned some spotlight with her absolutely commendable performance against Pakistan. This was her debut match but Charni made sure to make it memorable with her performance. This left-arm spinner from Andhra has already gained fame in the domestic format. Now it's her new beginning in the national as well as international format. And she chuckled three wickets at a very crucial moment and helped in collapsing the Pak batting lineup in the second innings. As a debut performer, it really deserves a special mention.
Charni's addition to the bowling lineup could be a brownie point for the team in the upcoming matches. As her performance clearly portrays that she's definitely going to strengthen the spin section of the team.
